Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to getGridded administrators ("admins", "you") who operate the getGridded business tools and may opt in to receive internal SMS alerts. It describes how we handle admin contact information used for those operational notifications. It is not a consumer marketing privacy notice for end customers.

Who this covers

Authorized getGridded staff and operators with admin access to internal systems (for example accounts ending in @getgridded.com). End customers ordering products on getgridded.com are not the recipients of this SMS program.

Information we collect from admins

When you complete the admin SMS opt-in form or configure alert delivery, we may collect your full name, mobile phone number, admin account email, and your consent preferences for receiving operational SMS alerts.

How we use admin information

We use this information only to send internal business alerts to opted-in admin phone numbers — for example, when a customer submits a support request or places a new order — and to manage opt-out / help requests (STOP / HELP). We do not use admin SMS opt-in data to send promotional marketing campaigns to the public.

SMS communications

SMS messages are sent only to admin phone numbers that have explicitly opted in. Message content is limited to operational alerts about support requests and new orders. By signing up, you agree to receive recurring text messages from GetGridded. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Sharing

We share admin phone numbers and related delivery data with service providers needed to send SMS (for example Twilio) and to host our systems. We do not sell admin personal information.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention

We retain admin contact and consent records for as long as needed to operate the alert program and meet legal or carrier compliance requirements. You may request removal of SMS consent by replying STOP or contacting us below.
