Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how getGridded ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use getgridded.com. It covers two audiences: customers who design and order custom drawer dividers, and getGridded administrators who may opt in to internal SMS operational alerts. The sections below apply to each audience as labeled.

For customers

People who browse, design, request quotes, or purchase products on getgridded.com.

Information we collect from customers

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Account information — email address and credentials used to sign in, plus optional profile details such as name, phone number, and shipping preferences.
• Design and order details — drawer layouts and measurements, special instructions, quote and order status, and related notes needed to manufacture and fulfill your order.
• Contact and shipping information — name, email, phone number, and shipping address you provide for quotes, checkout, or support.
• Payment information — payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and related identifiers (for example payment and session IDs); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Support and reviews — messages you send through our support form, and review content you submit (such as display name, email, rating, text, and optional photos).
• Usage and device data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device/browser type, and similar analytics events collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Analytics below).

How we use customer information

We use customer information to create and manage accounts; provide the designer and quote tools; process payments; manufacture, ship, and track orders; send transactional emails (for example quote updates, production, and shipping notices); respond to support requests; display reviews you choose to submit; improve the site; measure advertising performance; and meet legal or security obligations. We do not send marketing SMS messages to customers.

Customer emails

If you request a quote or place an order, we may email you about that quote or order (status updates, production, shipping, and similar transactional messages). Support replies are sent to the email address you provide. These messages are not marketing SMS; message and data rates for email do not apply in the same way as carrier SMS programs.

Sharing of customer information

We share customer information with service providers who help us operate the business, including:

• hosting and database providers (for example Supabase);
• payment processing (Stripe);
• email delivery (for example Resend);
• shipping and label providers (for example EasyPost and carriers); and
• analytics and advertising partners (for example Google Analytics / Google Ads and Meta Pixel), which may receive usage events and device identifiers as described in their own policies.

Limited customer details (such as name or email) may appear in internal operational alerts sent to opted-in getGridded administrators so they can fulfill orders and support requests. We do not sell customer personal information. We do not share customer mobile numbers for third-party marketing SMS programs.

Analytics and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies from Google and Meta to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising (for example page views, designer starts, quote requests, and purchases). You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through those providers' opt-out tools.

Customer data retention and choices

We retain account, design, order, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, fulfill orders, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You may update profile information in your account, request access or deletion by emailing contact@getgridded.com, or stop using the site at any time. Deleting an account may not remove records we must keep for completed orders or legal compliance.

For getGridded administrators

Authorized staff and operators with admin access who may opt in to internal SMS alerts.

Who this admin section covers

Authorized getGridded staff and operators with admin access to internal systems (for example accounts ending in @getgridded.com). End customers ordering products on getgridded.com are not the recipients of this SMS program.

Information we collect from admins

When you complete the admin SMS opt-in form or configure alert delivery, we may collect your full name, mobile phone number, admin account email, and your consent preferences for receiving operational SMS alerts.

How we use admin information

We use this information only to send internal business alerts to opted-in admin phone numbers — for example, when a customer submits a support request or places a new order — and to manage opt-out / help requests (STOP / HELP). We do not use admin SMS opt-in data to send promotional marketing campaigns to the public.

SMS communications (admins)

SMS messages are sent only to admin phone numbers that have explicitly opted in. Message content is limited to operational alerts about support requests and new orders. By signing up, you agree to receive recurring text messages from GetGridded. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Sharing of admin information

We share admin phone numbers and related delivery data with service providers needed to send SMS (for example Twilio) and to host our systems. We do not sell admin personal information.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Admin data retention

We retain admin contact and consent records for as long as needed to operate the alert program and meet legal or carrier compliance requirements. You may request removal of SMS consent by replying STOP or contacting us below.
