Measure your drawer’s interior width, depth, and height, then use our online designer to sketch your compartment layout. Submit the design for a custom quote — once you approve it, we 3D print and ship your divider.
Measure the inside of the drawer as accurately as you can, ideally to the nearest millimeter or 1/16 inch. We fabricate to your exact dimensions so a snug, wiggle-free fit depends on good measurements.
Yes. Every compartment must be at least 2 inches (about 50.8 mm) on each side — we cannot manufacture pieces smaller than that in any direction. Also, if any partition is longer than 10 inches (about 250 mm), we have to make it in 2 or more parts because of manufacturing bed limits. Once placed in the drawer the pieces stay put, but you may see a separation line where they meet. The examples below show what that can look like (from a very minimal gap to a more visible one).
Every divider is 3D printed from durable, lightweight plastic with 2 mm walls. And you can choose from a variety of colors!
No. High heat can warp the printed plastic. Hand-wash with lukewarm soapy water instead, then air dry before placing the divider back in your drawer.
After you approve your quote, most orders are shipped within one week. We are a small business so depending on volume of orders it may take less or more days. You’ll get tracking updates by email once your package ships.
Each design is quoted individually based on size, layout complexity, and material. There’s no fixed catalog price — submit your design and we’ll email a custom quote before you pay.
We print based on the dimensions you provide. The fit will be very precise, but we need to leave a small amount of wiggle room for the dividers to fit. we try to make it as snug as possible, but in some casses may see a total gap (summing gaps on both sides) of up to 1/16 of an inch between the dividers and the drawer. if your divider has a larger gap, contact us.
If your measurements are correct and we make a mistake, we will make a replacement for you. If you measured incorrectly by mistake, reach out to us and we will help find the best solution for you. We want to make sure you are happy with your order.
Yes. In the designer you can add multiple drawer layouts to a single quote request, each with its own dimensions, colors, and compartment grid.
